Meet Shaneé Halbert, M.Ed, BCBA, IBA, LBA
Behavior Analyst | Educator | Speaker | Trainer
Driven by purpose and guided by compassion, Shaneé Halbert is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), educator, and trainer who has dedicated her career to helping children, families, and professionals unlock their potential through the power of behavioral science.
With over two decades of experience in education and applied behavior analysis, she is known for her warm, empowering approach that combines research-based strategies with real-world understanding. Her work is grounded in the belief that true transformation begins when science meets empathy — and that when families, educators, and professionals work together, every child can thrive.
A Journey of Purpose
From a young age, Shaneé was surrounded by the spirit of care and community. Growing up, her grandmother fostered children with disabilities — an experience that left a lasting impression and ignited her lifelong passion for helping others.
Watching her grandmother nurture and advocate for those children opened her eyes to the beauty and complexity of human behavior. It also sparked a curiosity that would grow into a calling. She became fascinated by how children communicate, learn, and connect — even when words are limited or behaviors are misunderstood.
Those early experiences planted the seeds of compassion, patience, and curiosity that continue to guide her work today. They also shaped her understanding that every child — regardless of ability — deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated for who they are.
As she grew older, that curiosity evolved into a professional pursuit. Determined to make a meaningful difference, she studied early childhood education and later behavioral science, ultimately becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Along the way, she discovered the power of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) — not just as a science of learning, but as a way to empower children and families to reach their fullest potential.
Through years of experience in classrooms, clinics, and community settings, Shaneé has continued to honor the lessons her grandmother taught her: to lead with compassion, to serve with integrity, and to believe deeply in the potential within every child.
